The development of regional targets and continued focus on extensio ns to existing resources will provide you with a diverse and challenge range of duties. You will be expected to supervise a small exploration team and allocate duties based on agreed exploration budgets. You will work closely with the Geology Manager to prioritise your exploration efforts and will be required to provide regular management update.
 
Your previous experience in planning and managing activities across all stages of the exploration life-cycle will be essential for this dynamic environment. You will bring Tertiary Qualifications in Geology in addition to proven leadership qualities. Your passion for discovery will see you continue to take an active role in daily activities while also developing your management capabilities.
